What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through warm calling, networking, or referrals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Address and follow up on client concerns or issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients to highlight program features and pricing options
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue goals through effective consultative sales

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • A bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in admissions consulting sales, college counseling sales, or other high-ticket sales
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Hubspot or other CRM tools
