The individual in this role will serve Slalom's clients as a solution sales executive, building and executing predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about delivering positive outcome-based work for clients and growing the Slalom brand.Responsibilities: Manage sales opportunities through various stages within the Adobe sectorConduct customer needs analysis using standard scoping guides and transition qualified leads to Capability/Industry product expertsEngage in outreach to local markets to ensure the implementation of best-in-class selling tactics across regionsIdentify customer needs and leverage Global Solutions assets to enhance customer dealsMonitor the deal pipeline during weekly forecast callsIdentify and qualify new sales opportunitiesGenerate demand through industry events, Salesforce relationships, and co-marketing initiatives with partnersExecute partner events, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and periodic pipeline sharing calls with Salesforce sales VPs in collaboration with Slalom AlliancesFoster and develop relationships with Salesforce peersMonitor the CRM system and alerts for potential dealsOversee customer project delivery to ensure successful outcomesDraft and communicate compelling customer success storiesPresent customer success stories to stakeholdersQualifications:Deep understanding of Adobe go-to-market sales teams and selling motions.Ability to articulate Adobe products, competition, and adjacent solutions effectively.Adaptability to different sales pursuit roles based on customer situations and the skills and availability of other Slalom team members.Develop competitive sales messages, define project scope, create staffing plans, and draft sales proposals.Negotiate financial components of project plans, including bill rates, projected utilization, margins, discounts, and concessions.Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. The base salary pay range for the Sales Executive is $104,000-$181,000. The base salary pay range for the Senior Sales Executive is $123,000-$215,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
