Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive advertising sales across print publications, digital platforms, and integrated media campaigns for an O.R. Surgical products brand.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and campaign success.
Travel to numerous conferences across the country to promote the brand and prospect for new leads.
Consultative Selling
Understand client marketing objectives and recommend tailored advertising solutions (print, digital display, sponsored content, e-newsletters, events, etc.).
Develop compelling proposals and presentations that highlight value and ROI.
Market & Industry Insight
Stay current on advertising trends, competitor activity, and evolving digital platforms.
Identify new revenue opportunities and emerging markets.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with marketing, editorial, and design teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
Provide feedback to internal teams to refine products and advertising packages.
Qualifications 3–5+ years of proven success in advertising sales (digital and print experience required).
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop trusted relationships with C-level executives, marketing directors, and media buyers.
Knowledge of digital advertising tools (programmatic, display, social, newsletters) and print media landscape.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
