Your Responsibilities Drive Sales: You excel in maximizing productivity in the Fitting Room and Salesfloor, building guest loyalty through an outstanding customer experience. You contribute to the store's financial success by analyzing reports and trends to make informed business decisions, assisting the Store Team Leader in formulating strategic plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). People Leadership: Your passion for inspiring your team is contagious. You lead by example and ensure your team adheres to high customer service standards, particularly on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. Talent Development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring talented individuals to meet store needs. You take pride in training your team to ensure their service excellence. You consistently provide feedback through coaching and prioritize team meetings, development plans, and performance reviews to foster engagement and celebrate achievements.
