Responsibilities
- Define and own the Generative AI strategy for the Sales organization, supporting key business objectives
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact Generative AI experiments and operationalize successful pilots
- Build and deploy practical Generative AI solutions to streamline sales processes and reduce friction
- Drive AI literacy and adoption across the sales force through training programs and educational content
- Establish and track key performance indicators for AI initiatives, measuring impact on sales productivity
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or a similar role
- Deep understanding of available and emerging sales AI technologies relevant to the organization
- Proven experience leading transformative technology or process improvement initiatives in a sales context
- Familiarity with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and Asana
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise with modern Generative AI tools and experience with prompt engineering and no-code/low-code platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and influencing stakeholders
