In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all passengers. If you are friendly, approachable, and enjoy helping others, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities Assist passengers with baggage pick-up. Help resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged luggage. Use computer software to effectively track and manage luggage information. Engage with customers professionally and efficiently, enhancing their travel experience. Perform additional related duties as assigned, based on your skills and experience. Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing 70 pounds or more regularly, and lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces. Basic Qualifications Must be a local resident. High School diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Must pass a comprehensive background check. At least 18 years of age. Authorized to work in the U.S. as per the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. Complete ramp and SIDA training to receive airport authority identification security. Capability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs. Alertness to moving vehicles or aircraft and proficient use of radio equipment.
