Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Actively engage with clients to understand their home and auto insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.

New Customer Acquisition: Drive sales by acquiring new customers and effectively managing prospects.

Policy Design: Customize insurance solutions that meet client requirements and provide peace of mind.

Cross-selling and Up-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance customer portfolios by offering additional coverage options and policies.

Customer Retention: Focus on building long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Knowledge Update: Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in regulations to offer accurate advice.


Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Texas Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Minimum of one year in insurance sales, specifically in home and auto insurance.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer-Focused: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Professionalism: Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
