Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through phone calls, networking, and lead sources
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with follow-up calls and excellent customer service
- Educate customers on the value of insurance coverage and customize policies to fit their needs
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional policies, including financial products
- Seek and encourage referrals from existing clients
Requirements
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2 years of P&C sales experience within an Allstate Agency (REQUIRED for remote candidates)
- Proven track record of success in a commission-based sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to educate clients on the importance of proper insurance coverage
- Experience working remotely with a dedicated, quiet workspace (if applying for remote position)
- Life & Health Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
