Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build relationships with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
Sales Expertise: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones through effective communication and relationship management.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Allstate's insurance products to provide accurate and beneficial advice to clients.
Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by being proactive and motivated in business development activities.
Documentation: Accurately maintain client records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Continual Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the insurance market.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred for Missouri.
Experience: Proven sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of delivering positive customer interactions.
Customer-Focused: Strong ability to build rapport with clients, identify needs, and provide optimal insurance solutions.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals, through identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Capable of working collaboratively in both in-office and remote settings.
Technology Proficient: Comfort with CRM software and other digital communication tools to enhance service delivery.
