Collision Repair Center Body Technician
Responsibilities Performs automotive body and related repairs
Removes, installs, adjusts, and aligns body components
Performs different types of sheet metal welding and metal finishing
Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders
Environmental & Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. The employee may be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to 25 pounds
A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required
This position may require up to 0-5% travel
Qualifications 1-3 years of auto body collision repair experience required
Experience using frame and measuring equipment
ASE Credentials Preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Valid driver’s license required
