As an Appliance Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in our appliances department. Your primary focus will be to understand their needs, deliver outstanding service, demonstrate products, and offer valuable recommendations. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with in-depth knowledge about kitchen and laundry appliances, including their specifications, features, and benefits. Your Responsibilities Engage actively with customers in the appliances department to enhance their shopping experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and reach sales targets. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and products through ongoing learning and professional development. Professionally manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring an overall positive shopping experience. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and significance, establish realistic deadlines, and employ effective time management techniques. Maintain the department's merchandising and ensure readiness to assist customers effectively. Coach other sales floor staff on strategies for success in the department. Basic Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field with a focus on building complex solutions. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands, or in custom design environments. 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
