Overview: Are you ready to elevate your career in sales? Marvin is looking for a dynamic individual with a strong architectural background to join our team as an Architectural Sales Project Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of business development, enhancing brand recognition, and driving sales of the prestigious Marvin Collections to architects and commercial design professionals!
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with key members of the architectural community to drive specification and sales of Marvin products.
Present AIA Continuing Educational learning units to architectural firms in a professional and engaging manner.
Pursue business development opportunities with facility managers and owners of institutional properties.
Organize and lead factory tours for targeted architects, designers, and industry partners.
Provide tailored product and technical solutions for individual project opportunities.
Collaborate with the regional sales team to enhance channel partners' programs, expertise, and services for optimal sales in architectural and commercial sectors.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight stays; a valid driver's license is required.
Youre a great fit if you bring:
A degree in architecture, construction, business, or equivalent industry experience.
Willingness to obtain Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification within two years of hire.
Demonstrated success in consultative sales of premium products to architectural/design firms.
Experience in fenestration is preferred.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
Familiarity with CAD-based design.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Compensation: Total earning potential between $72,000-$120,000, including base salary and variable compensation, with significant upside for exceeding targets.
