Responsibilities: • Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships • Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance • Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets • Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans • Analyze market trends to determine pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand Qualifications: • Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices for a sales department • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role • Must have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or hospitality • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000 yearly
