Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth : Achieve consistent double-digit SaaS revenue expansion throughout North and South America Global Collaboration : Serve as Americas representative in worldwide strategic discussions, providing regional market intelligence Sales Excellence : Deploy industry best-practice frameworks and ensure rigorous CRM implementation Office Leadership : Serve as prominent leader at Denver headquarters, fostering robust sales culture and organizational unity Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive Americas market penetration strategy driving steady revenue expansion Coaching & Development : Mentor team members to create elite-performing commercial organization Team Leadership : Direct and cultivate 20+ professionals spanning sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success functions Relationship Building : Establish C-level partnerships with construction EPCs, utility companies, contractors, state transportation departments, and real estate technology platforms Requirements Essential: Demonstrated success managing both direct sales execution and partner/channel networks Professional fluency in Spanish (Portuguese skills strongly preferred) Cultural competency and experience executing business across varied North and South American markets Minimum 5 years directing teams of 20+ within SaaS companies (covering direct sales, channel partnerships, marketing, customer success) Documented track record achieving double-digit growth within enterprise SaaS settings Proven expertise in outbound sales team leadership and pipeline development Strong leadership presence combined with superior communication and mentoring capabilities Background with organizations maintaining established, structured sales cultures (excluding startup environments) Education and active application of recognized sales methodologies (MEDDPICC experience preferred) Authorization to work in the U.S. Availability for up to 50% travel throughout the Americas Located in or prepared to relocate/commute daily to Denver Tech Center region Highly Preferred: Professional network within utilities and energy sectors Established executive relationships with prominent construction EPC companies Experience with major real estate and infrastructure technology platforms Relationships with excavation contractors and state Transportation Departments (DOTs) Proficiency with HubSpot CRM platform Benefits Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually Total Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) Quarterly Bonuses: Performance-based quarterly incentives Discretionary Bonus: Additional bonus opportunities based on company performance Growth Opportunity: Significant career advancement potential within expanding organization Travel Support: Full travel expense coverage for business development activities
