Area Sales Manager – Capital Equipment

: Our client is a global leader in medical aesthetics and is seeking to hire an Area Sales Manager responsible for promoting product growth within existing accounts and prospecting for new business. The Area Sales Manager will manage an entire sales cycle, will close large deals and create sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a background of strong, successful and documented performances. Responsibilities : Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory

New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call

Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth

Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers

Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory

Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts

Keep well-informed of available products, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition

Attend trainings, tradeshows and present product demos Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

Min. 2+ years of Capital Equipment Sales experience within medical aesthetics (med spa, derm, or plastic surgery)

Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals

Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals

Knowledge/Understanding of FDA GMPs

Excellent communicator and presenter-comfortable presenting to physicians and/or large groups

Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools

Willingness to travel within a defined territory (may include some overnights) Offering: Base Salary $85,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)

Year 1 OTE to $250,000 (Uncapped Commissions)
