Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Were seeking a talented Area Sales Manager to join our USA Sales Team in Arizona. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working with a highly driven team, youll drive business growth of our Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands and manage a portfolio of accounts in your territory. What youll be doing Lead business growth through high-quality sales and distribution in on-premise and retail target accounts. Build strong relationships with distributor sales teams and key accounts to drive distribution and rate of sale. Execute brand initiatives, secure premium in-store positioning, and deliver compelling sales presentations. Plan and report on weekly sales activities using CRM tools and collaborate with your manager on market insights. Participate in team activities and contribute to a high-performance, values-driven culture. What youll bring A minimum of 3 years experience in the adult beverage industry , ideally with a premium wine supplier. Proven track record of sales success and distributor collaboration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships. Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the wine market, pricing, and promotional strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; full, clean Driver License; ability to travel within territory. A Bachelors or Masters degree is required; WSET Level 2 is a plus.
