As an Executive Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market reach, driving revenue growth, and developing strong client relationships.
This full-time, salaried position is ideal for a strategic thinker and leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
What You'll Do Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team within the Utah region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market presence.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to drive strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on organizational goals.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client presentations to showcase offerings and strengthen brand recognition.
