Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 Responsibilities: Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community
Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
Qualifications: Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
Good organization and time management skills
Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus
