Area Sales Manager

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive communication style-both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Motivated by goals and driven to exceed performance expectations
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales strategies and product knowledge
- Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and presentations via Zoom, Teams, etc
- Dependable, punctual, and consistently professional in all interactions
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience in the LCD/LED industry
- 3 to 5 years of professional sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency with HubSpot, NetSuite, DocuSign, Seamless.AI, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Strong initiative and proactive mindset
- Team-oriented, collaborative approach
