New Home Star is seeking an experienced sales leader to provide hands-on leadership for our Gainesville/Ocala communities—part of our broader Jacksonville division. In this role, you’ll represent our valued builder partner, Maronda Homes, and work closely with the Vice President of Sales for North Florida to lead and support on-the-ground sales operations. While the VP oversees the larger Jacksonville-area portfolio, you’ll serve as the local leadership presence, coaching your team, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
