Join the Nyberg's ACE team as a Full-Time Grill 'n Smoke Assembler/Sales Associate and help bring legendary service and top-quality products to our customers. This hybrid role blends expert assembly work with retail customer service, giving you a dynamic, engaging workday every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly Duties:

Expertly assemble grills, smokers, fire pits, and outdoor cooking products according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines Perform quality control checks to ensure all products are built to perfection and ready for safe customer use Keep the assembly area clean, organized, and fully stocked with needed tools and parts Help unload, move, and stage products for assembly Maintain tools and equipment used in the assembly process Occasionally assist customers with loading assembled items into their vehicles Sales Associate Duties: Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance in the Grill 'n Smoke department Offer expert advice and product recommendations based on customer needs Help customers understand features, benefits, and maintenance of grills and outdoor cooking gear Support seasonal tasks and assist in other departments as needed Stay current on product knowledge and promotions Communicate clearly with the team on assembly timelines, customer pickups, and deliveries Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow detailed instructions Prior experience in assembly, general labor, or retail sales preferred (but not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Outgoing personality with great communication skills Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Weekend availability required Perks & Benefits: Nyberg's ACE employee discount Flexible scheduling Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-focused work environment
