You'll lead from the front desk, coach your team, and keep everything running smoothly, beautifully, and profitably.In this role, you will:Own the vibe at the front desk while ensuring every guest experience is polished, professional, and unforgettableLead and motivate Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to meet and exceed service, retail, and Wax Pass goalsCoach in real-time and help your team grow their skills, close sales, and connect with confidenceAssist with daily operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll support, and team check-insStep up as the acting leader when the Center Director is out, keeping the team aligned and on pointHandle guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-first mindsetKeep the center spotless, stocked, and ready to wow guestsParticipate in training sessions, marketing efforts, and monthly team huddlesLead by example: you're not just talking about goals, you're hitting them tooWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for a leader with energy, empathy, and sales savvy; someone who's ready to motivate a team, juggle a high-energy environment, and grow into a future Center Director.The ideal candidate:Has 2+ years of experience in retail, spa, or beauty team leadership or supervisory rolesUnderstands the power of guest experience + sales conversionLoves coaching, giving feedback, and watching their team succeedHas experience with scheduling, goal setting, and performance coachingCommunicates clearly and confidently, even under pressureIs organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving environmentIs passionate about skincare, wellness, and helping others shineBrings big energy, real accountability, and next-level follow-throughWants to grow into a Center Director or regional leadership roleHas flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidaysHolds a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred but not required)Why You'll Love Working HereWe're building teams and careers that shine.
