Assistant General Manager B-Lux Grill & Bar

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Assistant General Manager B-Lux Grill & Bar. We're looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and deliver top-tier guest experiences. B-Lux Grill & Bar is where flavor meets fun! We serve up handcrafted burgers, indulgent hard shakes, and unforgettable guest experiencesall made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it's game day, family night, or just a casual bite, B-Lux is the go-to spot for crave-worthy meals and a lively atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and manage front-of-house staff to uphold service standards
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and cost control
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Collaboration with the General Manager and culinary team on promotions and service enhancements

What We're Looking For

• A background of general food and beverage knowledge, including at least 2 years of front-of-house operations and/or assistant management positions in a hotel or resort setting are preferred.
• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant and staff supervisory experience are necessary. It is preferred that you have at least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and controlling labor/food costs.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, inventory tools, and reporting dashboards.
