The AGM position comes with a starting  salary of $38,000 , additional  bonus  compensation of  up to $6,000yr , and generous perks and benefits, including health insurance.
Requirements Be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED One or more years of management experience in business or food & beverage Proven track record of successfully promoting team members Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team Ability to make difficult personnel decisions
A Day In The Life You will be an ambassador of the PINCHO core values. Competent in all FOH & BOH positions Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH Accountable for line speed to be measured using transaction times Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Pincho standards Attend weekly meetings with General Manager Review weekly employee schedules Assist General Manager in completing weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, Compeat, online ordering, inventory, etc. Have a thorough knowledge of the Pincho culture
