Your Role: Complete all training, including the Assistant Manager Development Plan. Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring that team members meet and exceed expectations. Ensure team members receive thorough training with ongoing coaching and support. Create effective work schedules while following company policies and local laws. Delegate shift responsibilities and communicate clear expectations. Supervise and motivate team members to achieve their best performance. Maintain high standards for service, product quality, and cleanliness. Address performance concerns to the General Manager and assist with team member development. Foster a positive work culture and maintain healthy team morale. Resolve guest and team member complaints and concerns professionally. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies. Maintain accurate records and utilize management tools effectively. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in daily operations. Encourage a safe work environment and adhere to safety guidelines. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Open availability; able to work 5 days per week (32-48 hours). Must be flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Successful completion of a background check. Strong leadership and organizational skills. 1-3 years of management experience required, with preference for restaurant management experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Occasional bending, crouching, or climbing. Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing. Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and handle food allergens. Safe operation of restaurant equipment.
