We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Restaurant General Manager to inspire our team and elevate guest experiences! Key Responsibilities: Ensure 100% guest satisfaction for every visit. Promptly resolve customer concerns using BAM! to ensure they leave with a smile. Inspire and motivate crew members and management to exceed performance expectations. Collect and act on Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to continuously improve. Ensure optimal staffing levels to consistently meet guest service needs. Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability among crew members and management. Commit to delivering positive engagement during every guest interaction. Ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality handling and presentation of food and ingredients. Drive profitability by managing product projections and minimizing waste. Deliver a 'come-back quality' experience through outstanding service and flavor. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Role Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least 3 months of experience as a Shift Manager. Must pass the Assistant General Manager Readiness Checklist. Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License. Take pride in everything you do. Bring a positive attitude and energetic spirit to the team. Demonstrate a commitment to timeliness and a sense of urgency. Ability to read and interpret various instructions in different formats. Capability to perform basic mathematical computations and solve practical problems. Physical Demands: In this role, you will need to: Stand and walk regularly; communicate with employees; and taste/smell food. Handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms frequently. Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Have specific vision abilities including peripheral vision and focus adjustment. Be exposed to cooking fumes; maintain a moderate noise level. Meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities effectively. Be open to occasional travel for training and support.
