Shake Shack Assistant Restaurant Manager Join our team! We have an exciting opportunity for a Shake Shack Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). We also have new units opening (Stack and Press, Bad Egg, and Mi Casa). What You'll Do: Manage all restaurant and customer service activities. Lead and develop team. Systems and processes. Merchandising and displays. Office management. Forecasting and budgeting. Problem solving. What We're Looking For: Educational background: High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred. Experience: 2+ years in the restaurant industry in a management/supervisory capacity. Technical skills: Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities. Interpersonal skills: Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports. Why Join Us?
