Job Description Provide legal representation to clients in cases related to immigration, criminal defense, traffic matters, and occasionally family law and personal injury.
Attend court proceedings, including virtual appearances, with flexible schedules.
Conduct client intakes, consultations, and ongoing communication to manage expectations.
Review and handle discovery, case files, and associated documentation.
Draft and file legal complaints and acquire necessary records, such as medical documents.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive legal support.
Participate in on-the-job training programs to enhance legal skills. Qualifications Must possess an active bar license in New Jersey OR be in the final stages of obtaining one (relocation assistance available).
Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
Recent law school graduates or attorneys with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
