How You’ll Make a Difference
As an Associate Director, Sales Analytics and Operations, you will be a key partner to sales leadership, leading initiatives in incentive compensation, sales force structure, target list development, and sales analytics dashboards to support the launch of anito-cel.
You’ll be an essential member of the cross-functional commercial launch team, collaborating with our commercialization partner, Kite Pharma, and the Arcellx commercial analytics team to generate and socialize insights pre- and post-launch. Importantly, you’ll also contribute to ensuring anito-cel reaches multiple myeloma patients in need of new treatment options.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
Lead development and implementation of targeting strategies to identify key physicians and accounts for sales engagement.
Design future field team size and structure, including strategic placement across the US for optimal coverage.
Partner with sales leadership to create motivating and aligned incentive compensation plans, contests, and president’s club programs.
Develop and maintain IC reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payouts.
Create comprehensive IC policies, lead IC steering committee, and review special cases for payouts.
Establish quota/goal setting and refine targets periodically in line with the IC plan.
Develop sales analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights and track performance.
Collaborate with sales training, marketing, and other teams to ensure proper training on sales tools and resources.
Align sales operations with broader company objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
Skills and Experience We Look For
Bachelor’s with 8+ years or master’s with 6+ years of experience in sales operations and analytics.
Deep expertise in incentive compensation plans, quota setting, and administration.
Oncology experience is required; CAR T experience is preferred.
Experience in co-promote environments involving data exchange across companies is a plus.
Outstanding project management skills to coordinate across stakeholders and projects.
Proactive, relationship-builder, capable of managing multiple projects cross-functionally.
