Our General Dentists perform a variety of preventative, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures within the scope of general dentistry. We emphasize teamwork, allowing you to work and grow alongside other dentists in your office and region to provide optimal patient care. We also collaborate with Board Specialists who can be brought into your office for referred treatments, ensuring patients remain under our care while you work alongside a Specialty Dentist. We provide a trained team to assist and help build your schedule. Additionally, we handle daily operations so you can focus on your patients and their smiles. We welcome dentists of all experience levels, including recent graduates, to join our team. If you're ready for the next step, our Managing Dentist Program allows you to oversee office operations and performance alongside the office's business manager. Typically, a Managing Dentist has at least 3 years of experience and performs most new patient exams, mentors new dentists, and coordinates care with Specialists. Managing Dentists are eligible for an office profitability incentive program, while General Dentists are bonused based on personal production. We also offer career pathways and training programs to help you specialize in areas such as pediatrics, endodontics, or extractions.
