DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an Investment Sales Associate with proven experience in prospecting and relationship management. The right candidate is driven, growth-minded, and committed to long-term success. You’ll focus on STNL retail, shopping centers, and industrial properties, so knowledge of these asset types or the ability to learn them quickly is essential.

Requirements

• Source and cultivate relationships with real estate investors and developers.

• Proactively generate new business by making a substantial number of lead-generating calls each week, with call expectations agreed upon with your mentor.

• Work with investors to understand their financial objectives for their real estate assets.

• Review leases and other due diligence materials and guide clients through the sale process.

• Research Trinity’s active inventory and pitch properties to potential buyers.

• Keep detailed notes and track activity in the CRM.

• Submit all marketing needs to the designated marketing team and pull sales comparables for your opportunities.

• Collaborate with the transaction team through the entire escrow process.

• Consistently aim to meet or exceed sales goals.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN AN AGENT

• Do you have your Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License or are you in the process of obtaining it?

• Do you have experience or demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and sales?

• Do you have a natural competitive drive with a team-player attitude?

• Are you proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms?
