Role Summary:
The Associate Program Manager, Sales Enablement, supports the GYN Surgical division by onboarding and credentialing sales professionals, managing impactful training events, and coordinating key initiatives that empower both sales teams and physician customers. This role ensures seamless onboarding, effective training delivery, and high-quality event execution to drive business success.
Knowledge
Understanding of sales enablement concepts and the sales onboarding lifecycle
Familiarity with medical device or healthcare industry practices (preferred)
Knowledge of digital learning platforms and onboarding curriculum management
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Awareness of compliance requirements related to sales, HR, Legal, and Regulatory functions
Skills
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly and respond promptly
Ability to coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual trainings, events, and meetings
Competence in managing learner progress and digital curriculum, including tracking prerequisites and coordinating communications
Facility in maintaining inventories and coordinating material shipments
Experience
Bachelor's degree required
2-5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or events management
Experience within the medical device or healthcare sector preferred
Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, building strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new sales hires, serving as their main point of contact and supporting their credentialing needs
Coordinate logistics for new-hire and ongoing sales trainings, including scheduling, tracking progress, and managing communications
Manage inventory and shipments of training materials and demo devices
Provide onsite support and manage logistics for sales and customer-facing events (catering, lodging, transportation, event setup/teardown)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and effective coordination of post-event processes
Maintain divisional distribution lists and marketing event calendars
The annualized base salary range for this role is 65,000-101,700 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, education, business needs and market demand.
