Base Salary: $50,000
On-Target Earnings: $85,000 - $100,000+ with performance bonuses
Uncapped accelerators when your team exceeds targets
Full-time W2 position (NOT 1099) - Salaried Exempt role
Your own command center: sit-stand desk, dual monitors, PC setup - the works
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL OWN (NOT "ASSIST WITH") Your Scorecard - First 90 Days:
Day 30: Lead response under 60 seconds, QA standards live
Day 60: Team set-rate ≥35%, show-rate ≥80%
Day 90: Team close rate ≥30%, pricing discipline locked in
Your Daily Power Moves:
8:00 AM: Dashboard check - who's crushing it, who needs help
9:00 AM: Live coaching with inside sales - turn good into great
12:00 PM: Ride-along with a Design Consultant closing deals
3:00 PM: Implement that game-changing process improvement
5:00 PM: Jump on a high-ticket negotiation, help close the $25K deal
6:00 PM: Update metrics, plan tomorrow's wins

Inside sales coaching and performance

THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS ROLE Schedule Reality: Monday-Saturday (yes, Saturdays - that's when buyers buy). 1-2 evenings for ride-alongs. But you're building a career, not punching a clock.
Territory: Florida, coast to coast - your team covers the entire Sunshine State.
Your Team:
5-8 appointment setters handling warm leads (NO cold calling)
8-12 Design Consultants in the field
All using Google Workspace, data-driven, hungry to win
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Non-Negotiables:
3+ years crushing it in sales
1+ year in home improvement or high-ticket B2C
Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring (team lead counts!)
Comfort with CRM systems and Google Workspace
Energy that fills a room
Even Better If You Have:
Bath/kitchen remodeling experience
Track record of building top performers
