Associate Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:
Regularly participates in visits to customers with the Sales Team and assists with new business opportunities related to our products.
Assists the Sales Team in developing and executing strategies to grow client accounts.
Maintains regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
Lead generation/qualification for new leads for operational products and services through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
Drive customer understanding of business value of our proven solutions to secure new business.
Prepares quotes, proposals and presentation for customers as directed by the Sales Team.
Track account activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Supports the Sales Team in achieving sales targets and goals.
Work with Sales Team on points involving business plans, and identification of new plans.
Assist with LinkedIn marketing.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
1+ years relevant experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management is a plus.
Experience using CRM systems to manage customer data and track sales performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to leverage resources when and where needed to achieve customer and organizational goals
Ability to build rapport with customers and work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Technical understanding of written systems specifications of mechanical controls and controls system integration preferred.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to identify and meet customer operational needs.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Some travel required.
