For more information, visit is seeking an Associate VP, Sales to join our team in Chicago. As the AVP of Sales, your primary focus will be to lead a senior sales team, reach and exceed sales goals and promote the sale of our platform to key agencies and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a growing commercial sales team. Set and hit revenue targets, monitor and manage performance, provide strategic direction, manage profit & loss, attract hire & train top talent
Drive the end-to-end sales process, develop strategic accounts and joint business plans. Identify top growth prospects, scale client solutions, and help negotiate and close large deals across client direct and agency
Represent Teads in the digital marketplace and become an active brand advocate
