Job Description The Associate Territory Sales Manager (ATSM) role is a dynamic sales and account management position that will focus on supporting existing business relationships, while building new connections to drive growth for customers and patients across the respective region. Collaborating closely with the Gulf Coast Territory Manager, the ATSM will help to develop a unified sales strategy and foster a team-oriented approach within the VA/DoD. Roles & Responsibilities (are not limited to the following): Adapt sales strategies to align with the needs of new and emerging sales channels or programs as necessary. Implement the regional business plan in partnership with the Gulf Coast Territory Manager to achieve RelieVRx sales goals, including account research, call planning, cold calling, lead qualification, and selling to existing VA/DoD accounts. Conduct at least 4 days of in-person sales activities across a multi-state region, with overnight travel as needed, to meet territory objectives. Collaborate with the TM on weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to strengthen existing relationships and establish new ones. Distinguish between ATM and TM responsibilities: The ATM focuses on expanding in existing accounts and identifying new providers, while the TM primarily drives growth in new accounts. Flexibility to support TM efforts in developing new business is expected. Represent AppliedVR and RelieVRx at industry meetings and trade shows to promote brand awareness. Train patients on the effective use of RelieVRx to enhance treatment outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AppliedVR products, sales processes, and business strategies. Educate healthcare providers and staff in clinical settings on proper product use. Stay engaged with company communications, including digital updates, voicemails, conference calls, and live meetings. Complete training and administrative tasks by designated deadlines. Document all sales activities to ensure clear visibility into the sales pipeline and facilitate collaboration with the TM. Adhere strictly to company policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws in all sales activities. Experience and Qualifications Preferred: 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience with measurable success Medical sales experience (e.g., prescriptive DME, pharmaceutical pain products, capital sales or medical devices) is a plus Prior experience within the VA and DoD in the relevant territory is preferred but not required; veterans highly encouraged to apply Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive under deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing business environment A results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and a professional, approachable and outgoing attitude Independent, entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to embrace feedback and a commitment to learning Valid US Drivers License and ability to frequently drive or take other modes of transportation to visit contacts in-person Compensation The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 . The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base starting salary range for this position across all US locations. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to relevant qualifications, depth of experience, skill set, certifications, training, education, and specific work location. The compensation packages may be adjusted based on candidate work location, due to differences in the cost of living for the given location. The total compensation package for this position also includes an incentive compensation plan, car allowance, and equity compensation.
