Responsibilities Communicate effectively with existing customers via phone and email to drive revenue growth and address challenges. Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of potential clients. Achieve assigned sales goals. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements by participating in continuous training. Manage the Customer Relationship Database diligently. Qualifications 2 years of experience in sales and/or account management preferred; audio-visual experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong self-motivation to achieve sales goals and acquire new business. Proven history of building and nurturing customer relationships. Demonstrated aptitude for strategic, solution-oriented issue resolution. Excellent communication and attentive listening abilities. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic. Effective organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Capable of collaborating within a team environment and working independently. Possession of a valid driver's license and a spotless driving record.
