Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Authentication and Sales Team member located in New York, NY. The role involves authenticating and evaluating luxury watches, assisting clients with purchases, shipping and receiving luxury items, maintaining detailed records of inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The team member will also collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of sales and services.
Qualifications Expertise in luxury watch authentication, evaluation, and repair. Experience in sales and customer service in a luxury retail environment. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. Passion for horology and knowledge of luxury watch brands.
