Our company helps our customers build or reestablish credit through the purchase of a vehicle. We offer income based lending solutions for our customers - a low credit score doesn't prevent our customers from getting approved. ** Great Potential to make $90k Plus ** Our Top Salesman makes Great money ** ** Fun & Friendly Environment ** Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups for sales appointments Meet with potential customers to show them vehicles and discuss features, pricing, and financing options Respond quickly to internet and phone inquires using email, scripts and templates Provide customers with initial vehicle information and possible payment options Present initial financing options based on customer needs Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up—to-date on industry trends and changes Utilize CRM tracking system daily Maintain inventory records and keep track of available vehicles Take photos of detailed inventory to participate in sales promotions and marketing activities to generate leads and increase sales. Keep positive relationships with teammates and dealership personnel Qualifications Valid driver's license Positive and hardworking personality Prompt and courteous demeanor Be coachable and have a strong drive to be successful Possess a good work ethic and a competitive spirit Previous high-volume outbound phone calls experience a strong plus Spanish speaker is a strong plus No car sales experience necessary, will train the right person.
