Automotive Aftermarket Sales Specialist

Carolina Custom Vehicles is looking for a driven, passionate, and highly knowledgeable Sales Specialist to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients looking to transform their vehicles. This role requires a solid understanding of both high-performance modifications and luxury vehicle aesthetics. You’ll be selling custom solutions, not just products — so attention to detail, technical fluency, and customer rapport are essential.

Key Responsibilities – Aftermarket Sales Specialist:

• Engage walk-in, phone, and online leads with confidence and professionalism
• Educate clients on modification and detailing options, pricing, and timelines
• Prepare and present detailed quotes and build proposals
• Coordinate with technicians, detailers, and project managers to ensure client needs are accurately translated into work orders
• Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and close high-value deals
• Attend car shows, meet-ups, and events to represent CCV Performance and generate new business
• Stay up to date with automotive performance trends, products, and technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket or motorsports industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (suspension, wheel & tire fitments, forced induction, engine performance, etc.)
• Familiarity with premium detailing services (paint correction, PPF, ceramic coating, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational habits and CRM proficiency
• Passion for automotive culture and custom builds
• Energetic self-starter with a commitment to client satisfaction and team success

• Experience working in a custom/performance automotive shop
• Knowledge of GM LS/LT platforms, suspension geometry, or paint and wrap techniques
• Network within the Lake Norman or Charlotte area with car enthusiast communities
