We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. If you have management experience with a track record of success in automotive dealership operations, and are skilled in negotiation and customer engagement, we want to hear from you. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the vehicle selection process. Utilize effective negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software. Conduct outbound sales calls to generate interest in our vehicles and services. Provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance dealership visibility and attract potential buyers. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management. Conduct public speaking engagements or presentations to promote dealership events or new vehicle launches. Upsell additional products or services that complement vehicle purchases, enhancing customer satisfaction. Foster relationships with B2B clients to expand dealership reach within the community. Requirements Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Hispanic Speaking Preferred. Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. Sales Management experience a Must. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to perform retail math calculations related to pricing, discounts, and financing options. Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach to potential customers.
