RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, train, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals
Oversee and optimize all finance & insurance operations, including lender relationships, deal structuring, and compliance
Manage customer loan origination, credit approvals, and product presentation to maximize profitability and value for the customer
Promote and sell optional protection products and services in a transparent, customer-centric manner
Monitor and analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results
Maintain strong collaboration with accounting, service, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and generates referral business
Requirements
Proven automotive sales management experience with a track record of exceeding goals
Strong background in F&I operations with deep knowledge of lender programs, compliance, and product sales
Leadership skills to inspire, train, and hold a team accountable for high performance
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Experience with ADP/CDK or similar retail management systems
Honda experience a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
