We are looking for a result-driven, motivated Fleet-Commercial Sales Assistant responsible for assisting the Fleet-Commercial Team in promoting and selling the dealership’s products and services while learning effective sales techniques and quality customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Assist Fleet Commercial Sales Associates with transactions
  • Logistics
  • Document administration
  • Vehicle preparation for sale
  • Stock vehicle storage maintenance
• Delivery and administration of Courtesy Deliveries
• Ride-along on Sales Calls & Mobile Service Van visits.
• Product & industry training
• Developing a “personal” book of business in preparation for promotion to F-C Sales Associate
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Other duties may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Pass background screening requirements

Pay:

• Pay plan will be discussed during the interview process
• $17/ Hour plus bonus
