Job Summary We are looking for a customer driven individual who enjoys conversing and helping the public to join our sales staff. Hours are M-F 8:30am to 5pm and the possibility of the occasional Saturday from 9am-12pm. We sell and install aftermarket parts and accessories for all makes and models of vehicles. Knowledge of cars and trucks is a must with a passion to enhance cosmetics and function.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive at the store

Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease

Answer customer questions about parts and accessories

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Maintain showroom cleanliness

Work with fellow staff for problem solving

Keeping paperwork organized

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required

Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required

Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision

Able to lift 50lbs to carry parts out for customers
