Responsibilities - Sales Associates:

• Help customers select and purchase the right vehicle for their lifestyle. Bring your A game and great listening skills to work every day!
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Follow proven steps to close deals
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers
• Build and maintain a book of business
• Provide exceptional customer service every day
• Meet dealership sales goals

• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above dealership standards

Qualifications - Sales Associates:

• Energetic, goal oriented, and self-motivated to succeed with good communication and customer service skills
• No auto sales experience is OKAY! We train for success!
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of computers
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
