Automotive Sales Closer Qualifications 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably as a closer Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
