Responsibilities for our sales advisors: Getting to work on time Report to morning sales meeting Utilize the marketing department to reach out to new and former customers Meet & greet customers on the lot and in the sale room to better assist them Offer to tour this years new vehicles and dealership amenities Identify clients needs Offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered Assist qualified customers with test drives Consult with the Sales Manager during the sales transaction Qualifications for the sales advisor: College welcomed, but not necessary Sales experience (Preferred, but not necessary) Superb written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal ability The drive to excel under pressure Willingness to work holidays and weekends A valid driver's license Submission to background check Submission to drug screen
