Develops relationships with customers to build client-base for life Exhibits consultative selling skills and assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Continuously develops product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority; knows the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies Performs high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles Follows up with buyers to ensure successful referral business Learns to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations Reports directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Brings ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work every single day
