Responsibilities Client Engagement: Greet and welcome customers, providing a warm and personalized experience from the moment they enter the dealership. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the vehicles in the inventory to effectively showcase features and benefits to customers. Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process by understanding their needs, presenting the best vehicle options, and facilitating seamless transactions. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals by providing exceptional service long after the sale is completed. Market Awareness: Stay informed about current automotive market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
