Key Responsibilities Sales Consultant:

Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles, answering questions, and providing an outstanding experience Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory, services, and financing options Deliver tailored sales presentations that highlight key product features and benefits Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through networking and relationship building Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Create and perform professional vehicle demonstrations Keep Sales Managers informed on appointments, goals, and customer progress Maintain a positive, goal-driven attitude every day

Qualifications/Requirements Sales Consultant:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, well-groomed appearance and hygiene. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. Work with integrity and ethically and uphold company/organization values. Follow company policies and procedures, supporting company goals and respecting diversity Must be available to work any recognized Federal holiday that falls on a normal scheduled workday.
